Police chief and aspiring mystery novelist Hayden Konig travels from his home in the mountains of North Carolina to York in the north of England in pursuit of information about two murders, while back at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, where he serves as part-time choirmaster and organist, the wife of the interim priest has decided to make some unsettling changes.
