Summary:

But when an escaped North Korean prisoner stumbles into the Justice Leagues protection, the team must choose between keeping him safe or avoiding an international incident. To make matters worse, Ahn Kwang-Jo is no ordinary dissidenthes the scion of the great Dragon King of the Sea. He is the Dragonson&though you may call him Aqua-Man. Now the Justice League find themselves caught between Aqua-Mans destiny and their own duty to their homeland.
