Summary:
A supplement to the six-episode series of the same name. Disc 1 contains clips from the series to be used with lessons outlined in the guide. Disc 2 contains short stories focusing on the roles of African Americans, Latinos, Asian Americans and American Indians in the creation and protection of national parks. In addition, the guide offers discussion questions for the Untold Stories, summaries of the six episodes, and "Day Trip" activities designed to involve students in the various facets of the National Parks.
