Summary:
Ice twisters: Scientists attempt to correct a drought in the Pacific Northwest by releasing liquid-condensing drones into the atmosphere. When the drones malfunction, they unleash violent, icy windstorms. Storm cell: Dr. April Saunders, orphaned by a tornado, dedicates her life to studying the powerful storms. When a supercell in Seattle traps her daughter, Saunders must find a way to save her and the city.
