Summary:
Wilma and Buck are on Saturn's ninth moon, Titian, visiting their old friend, Doctor Huer, who had just deposed his predecessor and become Head Man of all the nine moons of Saturn. When the two space explorers request a pass to visit the other moons, Doctor Huer charges them to first visit North Polar City and see if any residents are cooking up schemes to take Doctor Huer off the throne.
