Summary:
Compares and contrasts the lives and works of the Mexican-born painter and the Italian-born photographer, both of whom worked in the context of women's lives, in Mexico, in art, in the Revolution. This film shows how, as both women and artists, they reacted in contrasting ways to the pressures and opportunities of Mexico in its post-revolutionary aftermath.
