Summary:
Based on fact, this film depicts the events in the lives of two women after a trauma, in which one woman helps the other, attacked by some goons attempting rape. The victim was housewife in a middle class Bengali family in Kolkata, India. The film portrays the changed perception of their own familes and the society at large, both for the victim, and her saviour.
