Summary:
As a deadly storm descends upon Earth, causing officials to scramble to pinpoint the cause. Though global warming is the suspect, scientist Faith Clavell realizes that something else is triggering the extreme weather. She teams up with storm chaser Tommy Tornado and Judith Carr, head of FEMA. The country is vulnerable and the government becomes aware that it is the target of a terrorist organization.
