Summary:
A small-town sheriff responds to a broken down vehicle on Christmas Eve. He stumbles upon a man asleep in the woods who claims to be Santa. Santa is put on trial to defend his identity. As the town leans to believe, the sheriff, finds himself falling for Santa's attorney.
