Summary:
The highly suspicious halo. Gracie is involved in a mystery in her own choir. Amy Cantrell suddenly becomes ill, possibly poisoned, and then Gracie's cat, Gooseberry, finds a seashell from hundreds of miles away. The coin conspiracy. Gracie's intuition tells her that young Mark Canfield can't be guilty of stealing a valuable coin, yet all the evidence seems to point to the contrary. The doubtful doctor. Gracie is involved with a former high school beau who's filling in for the vacationing local doctor--and someone wants to ruin the new doctor's reputation.
