Summary:
Vinod and Sudhir are two professional photographers trying to start a photo studio but things begins to go wrong from the day it is launched. The guests invited to their inaugral function somehow end up making a beeline for their competitor next door who resorts to a small trick or two. Shobha, pushy editor of a scandal sheet called Khabardar, ropes the two in for collecting photographic evidence against the city's highly successful and manipulative builder, Tarneja. The builder owes much of his success to municipal commissioner D'Mello who is rather wildly, merrily corrupt. The photographer duo, civic minded, are happy not only at getting an assignment but also at having a worthy cause to fight for. They pursue their quarry with a frenzy and the results are tumultous, hilarious and enlightening.
