Summary:
A charter boat captain and his first mate uncover a buried treasure off the rocky shores of an isolated Northern California town from a ship that sank 100 years ago. They are not aware of the ship's horrible history and awaken the spirits of the dead. Exactly one hundred years ago, a ship of lepers seeking refuge was betrayed by the town's founding fathers and burned. On this night, the ghosts of the long-dead mariners have returned from their watery graves to seek their revenge. Shrouded within a supernatural fog, the ghosts trap the residents of the remote community, intent on seeking out the descendants of those who founded the town. The ghosts will kill anyone who stands in their murderous way.
