"This portfolio contains a collection of 31 posters selected from the pool of hundreds displayed on occuprint.org. It is a carefully curated selection, the result of discussion and debate amongst the Occuprint collective, as well as other arts and activist projects such as Booklyn, Occupy the Hood, Occupy Together, and the Occupied Wall Street Journal. We strove to include images that convey the innovation and energy that has defined the Occupy movement, as well as the diversity of visual languages, historical references, and developing desires of its various local incarnations. These prints represent a small fragment of the visual culture produced by the Occupy movement"--Colophon.
