Summary:
On his deathbed, Dr. Otto Octavius, aka Doctor Octopus, asks to see Peter Parker and, when Peter goes to see what he wants, the villain does a mind swap, leaving Peter trapped in prison in a dying body with only hours to save himself. Meanwhile, Octavius, in Peter's body, sets out to get his revenge upon Spider-Man from Peter's friends, family, and reputation as Spider-Man.
