Summary:
Willa likes certain things to be certain ways. Her socks have to be soft and her shorts can't have irritating tags. She loves the crunch of nachos...but is grossed out by the crunch of carrots. And slimy foods? Those are the worst. Still, Willa can deal with all these things. She can also deal with the fact that her mom now lives two hours away with a new husband, and that her best friend, Ruby, can't always read her mind (although sometimes she comes close). But there are some things Willa can't deal with, like her dad's big news--that he's been secretly dating Ruby's mom. Willa does NOT like the idea of her dad and Ruby's mom being together. And she does NOT like the idea of giving up her room if they get married. And she does NOT like the idea of her best friend suddenly becoming her sister overnight. Is Willa going to let this big new mess ruin her life? NOT if she can help it!
