Summary:
Focuses on the creative process behind the visual and performing arts. Penn and Teller go behind the scenes with renowned artists and performers in the fields of music and dance. Choreographer and dancer David Parsons shows how dances can begin with simple everyday movements. Young conductor JoAnn Falletta shows how an orchestras can use layers of sound to create music. Jazz pianist Allen Toussaint composes a melody on the piano and then records it in a studio. Bobby McFerrin lends a hand. Jazz percussionist, Max Roach brings accent to music using layered and funky rhythmns to create a beat.
