Summary:
When a teenage girl living with and working under her overbearing step-mother meets a boy online, she finds herself looking forward to finally meeting him at the school's Halloween dance ; when a young American girl finds out that her long lost father isa prominent political figure in England, she learns the skills necessary to survive in his lofty social environment, while getting to know the father she never knew ; separated for the first time, four lifelong friends use a pair of jeans as a way of keeping in touch; each wearing the jeans for a week to see what luck comes their way before passing them on to the next ; the teenage daughter of the American president dodges the Secret Service agents assigned to her while visiting Europe and meets a handsome young reporter.
