Original field recordings are housed in The archive of Hugh Tracey at the International Library of African Music (ILAM), Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa. Previously released material; this CD is a selection from Hugh Tracey's Music of Africa series of 210 LPs, issued between 1954 and 1977. Compact disc.
