Summary:
The legendary graphic novel Operación Bolívar is a reference of the Mexican graphic novel of the end of the 20th century. There have been several editions, but this new edition is fully restored and remastered. The work was originally published in the 1990's by the great master and graphic novelist. Edgar Clement (Mexico 1967), a Mexican comic legend and member of the collective "El Taller del Perro". Clement was also an important part of the cult magazine "El gallito inglés" and has given workshops in which various promises of contemporary Mexican comics have participated.
