Summary:
"I have known Crystalina for twenty years and have been her spiritual director. I married Jason and Crystalina, baptized their children, and watched them grow over the years. I have seen the good times and bad times that all people experi- ence in their lives. All too often, we want to give up when problems arise, but indeed, there are no problems-only solutions! It comes down to not giving up. We keep going and fight. God balances things out, and enlightens us, and gives us a way to face challenges! The stories in this book represent the different seasons women go through, good and bad times. This book is for women who want to change, to have a better life and be happy. Too many people stay hurt, accuse others, and cause themselves depression and despair. When it comes to the possibility of being healed, they do not hear the simple words of St. Thomas Aquinas: Si vis, "If you want to." Consider the words of St. Augustine: Time Dominum transeutem, "I am afraid the Lord may pass by." We lose a precious opportunity to change when we do not want to change. Everyone has so many excuses; some of them come from the devil, a cunning enemy. But in reality, those excuses are accusations. The Church offers many methods for healing, from the Rosary to daily Mass and Confession. Which methods you use is up to you, but you must be consistent and persevere, so you will be able to say with St. Paul, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith" (2 Tim. 4:7). These are steps for healing: 1. Have a routine, for without routine, we fall into despair. 2. Lift your heart to God all day with invocations. 3. Force yourself to acquire virtues, and you will obtain the essential virtue: interior peace. Isaiah 43:4 says, "You are precious." God is calling you to be a great saint! I pray that you will be the best!"-- Provided by publisher.
