When legendary cartoonist Milt Appleday passed away, he had his brain frozen in the hope that it could be transplanted into a donor sometime in the future. Twelve-year-old Jimmy becomes the donor body when he visits Milt's Gollyworld and becomes flattend by an out-of-control theme park trolley. Now with Milt's brain, Jimmy meets a whole world of animated characters that only he can see. His once normal life turns into a full-fledged cartoon.
