The italic in the body text is Stemple-Kis Janson, cast by Rainer Gerstenberg. The notes are set in Peter Sans, designed by Russell Maret, and are printed from photo-polymer plates. The text was edited by Susan Schlechter. One hundred eight copies were printed: eighty-three on J. Barcham Green's Hayle paper, handmade in 1976; twenty, for collaborators and contributors, on Zerkall paper; and five, for private distribution, on newsprint. The cover paper was handmade at Papeterie St. Armand. The binding is by Amy Borezo" -- Colophon. Two errata sheets inserted, "The Community Errata" and "Notes ... Errata". Halftone color illustrations tipped in, excluding those on pages [31-34].
