Summary:
The nine studies gathered synthesize the diversity of genres published and printed by Vanegas Arroyo's printing press, among others: the song and the corrido as well as the short story and the legend. To date, as a product of the Seminar, a series of investigations have been developed on some of the themes and genres that stand out the most among the printed ones produced by the publishing house, such as the collection of songs, the corridos published in the revolutionary period, the children's theatre collection, the collection of short stories, the epistolary genre (love letters), the bullfighting chronicles, the list of events called at the time by the publisher as "examples" (news and scandalous broadbands on various topics, such as crimes, natural disasters, accidents, etc.) and political prints, among others.ʺ (HKB Translation) --Page 10.
