The cover papers, from engravings by Richard Wagener, were pasted up at the press and printed offset at Globe Printers, Abbotsford, B.C. The books were bound by Alanna Simenson at Mad Hatter Bookbinding in Sooke, B.C. Jan Elsted printed the book. The engravings were printed from the original blocks.
