Summary:
Social climber Hyacinth Bucket (pronounced Bouquet) puts her best foot forward in this high-class comedy. She performs selfless acts of charity for the lower classes (her sisters), doles out invaluable advice to her husband Richard, acts the part of adoring eldest daughter to her incapacitated Daddy, and still finds time to keep the neighbors on edge with her morning coffees and candlelight dinner parties.
