Summary:
Papyrology has always been in the vanguard of the application of information technology to its own scientific purposes. The volume represents the first attempt to deal monographically with the electronic resources for the papyrological research, tracing an epistemology, a historical sketch and an overview of the main trends in the developing network of the digital tools for the study of papyri.
