Hope Beiler is determined to give her sister a new bed frame as a wedding present, and Aaron Kanagy is the best carpenter in Charity Creek. Aaron wishes he could spend more time with woodworking, but his parents need help running their gift shop. Hope approaches Aaron with a solution that will allow them both to achieve their goals, and he accepts. As they work together, Aaron finds it easy to picture a lifetime partnership. Hope's father discovers what they've been doing and forbids her from seeing the Kanagys. As secrets from the past come to light, these two strong-willed souls and their families must learn that pride comes before every fall, but hope helps us rise again.
