500 $a "The text was excerpted, by class consensus, from Robert Frost's poem, "Nature's first green is gold." Each of the 12 students made 18 pieces of miniature paper, to make their own prints on, and 18 larger sheets to be used as flag pages. Each student made a linoleum cut, inspired by a word in the poem, then printed it on their own paper. Peter and Donna were responsible for printing the title page, text and colophon. Susan Loudermilk cut the cover wood and set up the laser cutter to cut the title into the front cover. Each student bound their own book and Peter and Donna bound the remaining books."-- Accompanying notes.
