Summary:
A musical adaptation of the story of Sweeney Todd, a man sent to prison 15 years earlier, who returns to exact revenge on those who ruined his life, especially the evil Judge Turpin. Returning to his old neighborhood with his old life destroyed, he opens a barber shop as the instrument of his plot. With the help of his new and amorous accomplice Mrs. Lovett, owner of the downstairs pie shop and in need of better ingredients, Todd works his way through his list of enemies.
