Summary:
Under siege: Aboard the battleship Missouri, a surprise party for the President evolves into an attack by mercenaries in league with the Captain with the plan of stealing the nuclear warheads. The glimmer man: Jack Cole is a soft spoken, mystical, new age New York cop with a checkered past. He is transferred to Los Angeles to help Los Angeles cop Jim Campbell solve a series of brutal murders in which the victims are crucified. Above the law: Nico Toscani is a martial arts expert who was recruited by the CIA to serve a mission in Vietnam. 15 years later as a Chicago cop, he comes up against the same people he dealt with during that mission. Fire down below: Environmental protection agent Jack Taggart is fighting big business types led by Orin Hanner who are dumping toxic waste somewhere in the Kentucky hills region.
