Summary:
Pied Piper of Hamelin: A piper (Van Johnson) with magical abilities charms the populace of a Bavarian village in 1284, and lures the town's children to his mountain home after the townspeople fail to keep a promise. The haunting music of Edvard Grieg highlights this made for television program based on the classic poem by Robert Browning. Little Lord Fauntleroy: Freddie Bartholomew plays Cedric Errol, a poor Brooklyn boy destined for greatness in this film based on the lovable story by Frances Hodgson Burnett. Although Ceddie doesn't know it, his deceased father was an English nobleman. When it becomes apparent that Ceddie is heir to an English title and an immense fortune, his mother takes him back to England, where they discover that her father-in-law, the earl of Dorincourt (C. Aubrey Smith), despises Americans. To win his birthright, Ceddie must struggle against false claims to his title as well as his grandfather's cantankerous disposition. Diver Dan: Diver Dan explores magical undersea world. Full of adventure, talking fish, the evil "Baron Barracuda", and a beautiful mermaid. Composed of episodes from the animated 1961 television program.
