Poem accompanied by literary essay by Laura Capp. Tri-fold card issued in envelope with hand-lettering, vintage postage stamps, and a wax seal. "August 2020." "Produced by Laura Capp out of the back of a sweet little stationery shop in the small town of Ashland, Nebraska, the eighth issue of 'Poetry by Post 2020' was created with digitally-set Adobe Jenson and a sunprint of elm leaves collected at the childhood home of the printer's mother-in-law in Spearfish, South Dakota. Type and image were letterpress printed onto Crane Lettra using photopolymer plates as the printer's older daughters began fifth grade in the time of the novel coronavirus pandemic, and she desperately questioned the wisdom of letting them go. The mailing features 'Under the Elms' by Amy Plettner, previously published in her collection 'Points of Entry' by Wayne State College Press, and is reprinted here with permission. Limited edition."--colophon. Edition limited to 200 copies. IaU has copy 45 of 200. IaU
