"The text has been printed in Garamond Old Style and Italic types on Mohawk Superfine paper. Illustrations were printed (from zinc cuts made from Suzanne's drawings) on the Vandercook Proof Press. The 11 illustrations were colored with brushes and water color by Suzanne and Paul Pruchnicki. Bound in cloth over boards with hand marbled end papers. Editions of 60 signed and numbered copies."--Colophon. Accompanied by an inserted map of the Chateau of Chantilly. Map is an arial view of Chateau Chantilly. Includes water color depicting bodies of water, vegetation, and architectural layout of chateau. Also includes 4 page booklet entitled "Recipes from the kitchen of Francois Vatel." Booklet cover has orange fleur di lie on front. Volume also has loose bookmark of pink ribbon with pendant of lightly engraved portrait stamped in gold leaf.
