King of the Cowboys in which Roy Rogers played himself, a rodeo star assigned by the governor to investigate a series of warehouse bombings. Song of Texas, Roy Rogers quits the rodeo operated by larcenous Jim Calvert and goes into the ranching business. Utah, Tex poses as an outlaw and discovers that the mysterious train is part of a rustling operation headed by Hiram Slaughter and his henchman Badger.
