Summary:
A darker chapter of Dazai's past reveals his ties to the Port Mafia, where the intricate balance of power in the superhuman underground breeds mystery and betrayal. Now, four years later, the Port Mafia is in the throes of power once more, only this time their rival is a gifted group of Americans known as the Guild. To make matters worse, both parties have a bone to pick with the Agency! Atsushi has his work cut out for him while Akutagawa grows more resentful by the day. But when the Guild's prowess becomes a threat to all of Yokohama, a united front between bitter enemies may be the only way to save the city.
