Summary:
Dropping out of the U.S. Military Academy under suspicious circumstances, 24-year-old Hailey Cain is keeping a low profile in San Francisco. However, she loses control of her quiet life when she receives a phone call from Serena Delgadillo, an old high school pal who is now the head of a deadly all-female street gang in Los Angeles. Serena wants her to escort a murdered gangbanger's cousin across the border to Mexico, a request that will force Hailey to confront her dark past.
