Summary:
The Jackal: A ruthless assassin, know only as the Jackal, is out to eliminate someone very high up in the U.S. government. In order to track down this coldblooded killer and prevent the hit, the FBI's Deputy Director and a Russian intelligence officer must enlist the aid of an imprisoned Irish terrorist. These unlikely allies enter a global race against the clock to stop the mysterious mercenary before he can complete his deadly assignment. Mercury rising: Bruce Willis is an outcast FBI agent who is assigned to protect a 9 year old idiot savant who is the target for assassins after cracking a top secret government code. Alpha dog: Based on the real-life case of Jesse James Hollywood, a drug dealer in California's San Gabriel Valley who, in 2000, became one of the youngest men to appear on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list. With family links to organized crime, Johnny Truelove is on the warpath against Jake Mazursky, a sleazebag addict who owes him money. Fate intervenes when Johnny and his friend Frankie encounter Jake's 15-year-old half-brother Zack and hold him as collateral until Jake pays his debts. What begins as a casual, seemingly harmless situation escalates into a crisis of capital crime.
