The sun is rising on a new day for humanity. The people are beginning to wake up to new ways of thinking and being. In order to assist this wave of change that is moving through humanity, we must begin with our own thoughts and behaviors. We must question our beliefs and notice the things that are out of alignment. We have reached a point in time where the turmoil of the world around us is so strongly highlighting the ways in which we are out of alignment, we can no longer ignore it. We create the world we live in. Society is a reflection of the things inside each and every one of us. It is with this awareness that we realize things can not change unless we ourselves are willing to change. Through almost a decade of spiritual seeking and gathering knowledge, the answers have become clear to me. In fact, most of the answers have been right there in front of us the whole time. Often they are the most obvious or even cliché answers. Most of us have just been too stubborn to listen and apply them. Though many of us may be acquainted with different grains of truth, our personal integration of these truths is often lacking. This book is intended to be a field guide or personal reference book to help keep ourselves in alignment with Truth. This book covers a wide range of spiritual understandings, affirmations, meditations, and inner healing.
