Charlie Dodge and his enigmatic partner Wyrick are searching for a missing woman who disappeared out of her locked apartment. As they investigate they discover that their victim is not the first person to disappear from that building over the years. Dodge and Wyrick find themselves in a race to save a woman's life before a serial killer claims his next victim.
