Consists of two separate folded sheets. The first is a continuous strip containing title, imprint, colophon and the introduction typesigned at end: Robert E. Massmann, New Britain, Conn. The second is a folded broadside with caption title: 'Haiku Calendar ... ' containing the calendar for the year 1970 and original haiku for each month. Both mounted on strip of stiff green paper, folded to form four sections: the first sheet (opening horizontally) is pasted to the first section, the second sheet (opening vertically) to the third section.
