Sometimes I feel angry and throw toys in the air. Or I roll on the ground, or hide under a chair. Most kids aren't strangers to temper tantrums, and they often don't know how else to work through the anger and frustration that cause them to lose control. This book addresses the different ways kids might already express themselves when they're angry and offers some suggestions on how to calm down.
