Summary:
From the green tropical forests of Latin America we present a story that teaches us about acceptance and the power of mindfulness. "Most times Cori is a playful, energetic 'squirrel monkey'. Sometimes however, situations arise where he is overwhelmed by his 'big feelings'. They are not necessarily tantrums, but something bigger that can't be labelled easily. When no one can contain Cori's distress, his mother resorts to slow meditative breathing. This helps her to see clearly and take Cori to a place of calm and quiet." (from back cover)
