Max wants a pet, but his mother says no to cats and dogs, so Max decides to adopt a pet cloud he calls Fluffy--but pet clouds can be difficult to take care of, as well as hard to house-train, and when a storm blows Fluffy away, Max does not know what to do without his friend.
