Summary:
The year is 2081. Everybody is average thanks to the 212th amendment to the Constitution, that is except for Harrison Bergeron. A hopelessly bright and athletic young man, he has been imprisoned only to escape and tries to concoct a plan to liberate the people through a revolution. But there's always one problem with changing the world ... it may not want to be changed.
