Summary:
A short film to promote racial harmony and tolerance. Enduring Hope tells the story of two friends Saula and Babu, who grew up together in Ba. The events of year 2000 in Fiji tests their friendship. The Fijians and Indo-Fijians have differing views on what is the problem in Fiji, and both are affected by the land issue. However, Saula and Babu's friendship remains unaffected. In both the urban and rural areas, some issues exist with neighbours of different races. But when there are problems, the neighbours are ready to help each other and forget their racial differences. The friendships of characters in the film is tested by trying times and events in the country. However, in the end, the friendships survive the test of times as their love for their home and their country is greater.
