"A documentary profile of Ohno Matsuo, sound designer for the animated television series "Astro Boy" created by Tezuka Osamu. Director Tominaga Masanori is currently one of Japan's most celebrated young filmmakers, and has several notable films to his name such as Vengeance Can Wait and Pandra's Box. Sound master Ohno Matsuo created the distinctive noises for many of the early masterpieces of Japanese animation, including the "Astro Boy" television series.
