Summary:
Fly, Stella, and their cousin Chuck go on a fishing trip and end up in a professor's lab. When Stella accidentally drinks some of the professor's potion, she turns into a starfish. Realizing what's happened, Fly and Chuck also sample the formula, and, now also fish, hit the waters with the antidote in tow to save Stella. However, as they look for her, Fly and Chuck encounter Joe, a mean-spirited fish with delusions of grandeur. When Joe gets a taste of the antidote, he gains the accelerated logic and intelligence of a human being, and begins hatching a plan by which he will take control of the oceans. It's up to Stella and the boys to find the antidote to the mad professor's potion fast!
