Summary:

A report of the evaluation of 199 Dubuque County properties located along the eastern one-fourth of a 12-mile corridor of U.S. 20 between Devon Drive in Dubuque and the community of Peosta. Much of the report discusses the now-extinct rural settlement of Center Grove. Twenty six of these properties were determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places.
