Summary:
A documentary about seven mentally handicapped artists (Shūji Takashi, Nishio Shigeru, Itō Yoshihiko, Takemura Yukie, Tomizuka Yoshimitsu, Kawamura Noriko, Matsumoto Takao) in Japan. The filmmaker follows the artists as they produce and exhibit their paintings and sculptures. The camera peers at them at work, following the respective creative processes step by step, listening to their thoughts about their art and explores how their art provides an avenue of personal expression.
