Summary:

A documentary about seven mentally handicapped artists (Shūji Takashi, Nishio Shigeru, Itō Yoshihiko, Takemura Yukie, Tomizuka Yoshimitsu, Kawamura Noriko, Matsumoto Takao) in Japan. The filmmaker follows the artists as they produce and exhibit their paintings and sculptures.
