Blank book with accordion-folded pages glued at one side of paper wrapper; image of an urn embossed on the front. Housed in box made from folded sheet of paper, and printed to mimic a bound book. Title is letterpress-printed on the box from the bottom to the lid. Inside of the lid has a poem by Thomas Traherne printed in brown ink. Box also contains a pencil with press name embossed in gilt.
